Supplies: Save all
those pickle or other glass jars and lids for this one.
First, glue a figurine
or other object standing up to the inside of the plastic lid. While
that is drying, fill the jar about halfway with water and add as much
glitter as you would like. Fill the jar completely after the glue is
dry. To seal the lids use some plumbers tape around the top of the jar
before screwing on the lid. Also some glycerin added to the water and
glitter helps the glitter not to clump up. Just a few drops is all you
need. This can be purchased where cake decorating supplies are sold.
Turn it upside down and shake the glitter up. You can also add ribbon
and other decorations to the base around the lid or top of the snow
globe.
